Bonding ADSL is a technology that combines multiple Internet connections for them to be utilised as a single connection to the Internet.

This single connection created not only combines the physical connections, but more importantly also combines the bandwidth capacity of each connection in order to increase the overall download and upload bandwidth available to your network.

Internet Bonding is achieved through Broadbond's unique Bonding technology. Broadbond routers' allow individual Internet connections to be directly connected to its built-in WAN ports. Multiple Internet connections are aggregated by the router to create a single tunnel link between the Broadbond and your organisation network that combines the total bandwidth of the individual lines.

A static IP address is provisioned and assigned to at least one Internet connection. This ensures that data requested and downloaded from servers are recognised the bonded connections as a single connection.

With the UBM, an Internet Bonding solution not only utilises multiple Internet connections to provide increased bandwidth but it also provides redundancy in the event of connection failure.

In comparison to other solutions on the market, Broadbond guarantees true Internet Bonding. The aggregated Internet connections are bonded at both the ISP and client side with Broadbond's unique protocol to ensure that customers receive the full bandwidth capacity of the combined lines.
