No need to change from your existing broadband ISP. With Broadbond you can use any broadband connection with 2 or more static IP addresses.

Increase bandwidth

As more and more business functions move to internet or IP networks, bandwidth is becoming increasingly important. While there are alternatives available such as leased lines, these are often extremely expensive.

Is your broadband connection critical to your business? Most businesses have at some point experienced network problems with their broadband connections. With Broadbond, should a single broadband connection fail, your other connections remain active to ensure you receive a continuous Internet service. In addition, your Broadbond bonding appliance will be covered by a next business day pre 10.30am replacement service* in the event of any equipment failure.

ISP independence

Unlike other bonded broadband providers, Broadbond is not restricted to a single ISP. In fact, you are free to source your broadband connections from any ISP and any broadband technology that supports both download and upload traffic.

Highly scalable

As bandwidth demands of your business increase, you can increase your network bandwidth by adding another broadband connection to your Broadbond service.

One IP range for your network

Are you hosting servers or inbound VPN? As part of your Broadbond service we will be providing you with an IP address range. This IP range will be your single presence to the internet, spanning across all your bonded broadband connections. This IP address range will remain constant, regardless of the number of broadband connections or providers. Additionally, should you move locations, as long as you keep your Broadbond service, your IP addresses will remain the same.

Dedicated hardware platform

Unlike other bonding services on the market, we don’t use consumer routers. All Broadbond services include dedicated hardware capable of bonding up to 4 broadband connections. All Broadbond hardware is covered by a free, next business day pre 10.30am** exchange policy for faulty hardware.

Flexible contract terms

Broadbond offers a range of packages from zero commitment to a 24 month contract with discounts available on 12 and 24 month contracts. All Broadbond customers are free to increase their contract length at any time.

Fully managed, pre-configured hardware

All Broadbond appliances are fully pre-configured before they arrive and are ready to plug in. Our virtual-engineers are also on hand to assist with the completion of any on-site network installation, if required. Once you're up and running our commitment to you doesn't stop there as we constantly monitor and manage your appliance in line with your requirements for the full term of your contract.
